REFUND / RETURNS POLICY

To request a refund Contact Us with your name and account email. Include any additional relevant details and our support team will immediately assist you with your account.

Subscriptions: New Subscribers - User signed up for a subscription but has changed their mind qualify for a refund if payment was made within the last 14 and no music/digital assets were used in their content.

Subscriptions: Renewed subscribers - User will be able to request a refund within 14 days of last payment should they choose to cancel their subscription renewal.

Individual license purchases: Users will be granted a refund based on their request for purchases of individual licensed music/digital assets within 14 days of payment should the music not be utilized in the finalized project.
